• Facilitator for American Alliance of Museums, CEO Summit. Working with AAM leaders on a variety of projects including executive education and development programs, salary and compensation data, publications and related projects.

• Presently leading a research team at the School of Management, Yale University, on a national study of decision making and leadership in American Museums. Working collaboratively with major museum associations and museum directors.

• Served as consultant, panelist, and external reviewer for organizations involved in research, policy development, and advocacy. Organizations include; Ithaka S+R, Museums Moving Forward, Crystal Bridges Museum Remuseum Project, etc.
