Facilitator and Consultant for American Alliance of Museums (AAM), and other AAM affiliated museum groups/institutional/association board members, CEO's and institutional leaders on a variety of new projects including; advocacy and management programs, executive education, salary and compensation policies, managing with unions, and related projects with AAM including developing an Executive Leadership program for leaders of mission driven cultural organizations.

In past years led a research team (as a Visiting Fellow) at the School of Management, Yale University, on a national study of unionization in American Museums. Findings published by Rutgers University.

Serve as consultant, panelist, and external reviewer for mission driven organizations involved in research, policy development, and advocacy including; for Ithaca S + R, Museums Moving Forward, and the Crystal Bridges Museum Remuseum Project.​
