  • As a Visiting Fellow at the School of Management, Yale University, (2019-2023) engaged in research with faculty in the Department of Organizational Behavior studying unionization in American Museums. â€‹

  • Continue to serve as consultant, panelist, and external reviewer for mission driven organizations involved in research, policy development, and advocacy. These organizations  include; Ithaca S + R, Museums Moving Forward, Crystal Bridges Museum Remuseum Project, ACM, AAM, and others.​​
