Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), the premier private research institution in Ohio, is a member of the AAU, ranked 51st in the U.S., and scores 160 on the Best Global University scale. CWRU enrollment is 13,000 graduate and undergraduate students, with 1,200 full-time faculty, and an annual operating budget of $1.6 billion. The Weatherhead School of Management (WSOM) is ranked 66th among U.S. Business Schools with 68 full time faculty. The Department of Organizational Behavior, one of the largest in the school, is internationally recognized for teaching and scholarship in leadership studies, sustainable leadership, appreciative inquiry and effective decision-making in complex organizations.

The Director of Academic Partnerships at the Weatherhead School is responsible for the initiation, development and implementation of joint and dual degree partnerships with institutions and associations throughout the world. This work includes developing and managing joint degree partnerships with Universities in Spain, Republic of Georgia, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Thailand and involves associations such as the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities headquartered in San Antonio, Texas and the Asia OD Network headquartered in Thailand.

Responsible for initiating and managing external relationships, recruitment strategies, developing and managing articulation agreements, and new program development for Specialty MA programs, the MBA and Executive MBA degree programs. At the present time initiated and developed partnerships with the City of Cleveland, Cleveland Police and Fire Departments and other organizations in Northeast Ohio, including Sherriff and Police Chief associations, public agencies, departments and various municipalities.

Collaborate with various governance forums and senior offices at CWRU on dual degree arrangements between various schools (Law, Social Work, etc.)

Teach in undergraduate and graduate programs in the Department of Organizational Behavior, MBA, and Executive MBA program, advise students and engage in consulting and research activities with faculty.
